Q. What if I register for a training, but cannot attend?
A. You may transfer to a future session or receive a refund if we are notified within 2 weeks of the on-line training or live public training. For a Live Webinar you can receive a full refund up to the day of the Live Webinar.
Q. What can I do if I'm not satisfied with a training that I attended?
A. ELSC guarantee the quality of our training and if for any reason, you are not satisfied with a training for which you have paid. ELSC will give you credit toward another ELSC sponsored training of comparable value.
